Can I get my order sooner?
- You can select Next Day Air or Second Day Air for your shipment choice. Please note; any Next Day Air or Second Day Air orders must be received before 12:00 pm Central time in order for us to get it out that same day.

How quickly can I get my order?
- Orders for dealers, stock products are normally shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Website direct orders ship out 24 to 48 business hours from time of receipt.
- Please note, orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Orders place during this time will not be processed until the next business day.
- Orders placed during the holiday season may have longer shipping times.

What does “recycled” really mean in our business?

We strive to use recycled materials in all our products, including 100% post-consumer paper printed with soy inks, 90% recycled wire and 50% recycled cover material. We also recycle all plastics, paper, boxes, metals and electronics used in our facility. Learn more t our commitment to recycling.
